From The Airport

There is a private mini-bus from the airport which can bring you to your destination on Inis Mór.

Pony & Trap

This mode of transport is a favorite amongst visitors to the Island and is a traditional method of transport around the island. There are a number of operators on the island and are easy to find as they begin their tours from the main village of Kilronan.

Bicycle Hire

Walking

Approximately 14 kms (8.7 miles) in length and 3.8 kms(2.4 miles) in width, Aran is a walker’s paradise with many historical and hideaway spots to be discovered at the walkers leisure.

Mini Bus Tours

There are a number of mini-bus tour operators on the island and it is not necessary to book in advance. Bus tours generally depart from Kilronan and tour prices start at €10.00 per person.
